Whether you’re throwing a sales incentive meeting in Cancun or a training course in Carbondale, we’ve got you covered. Last year we announced a partnership with StarCite, the industry’s leading meetings management technology provider. Drum roll please… Today, I’m happy to share that we’ve launched our new meetings service. Now, it won’t just be fun going on that 2-week trip to Carbondale, it will be really easy to register for the session and then book the travel.

What makes this unique?

For the first time, travelers will truly have a consistent meetings and travel experience. Like all the other services with the Rearden Personal Assistant, the meetings one maintains the same user experience, profile functionality and design throughout the entire experience. This means that travelers won’t have to repeatedly enter the same information over and over again – it automatically inputs all airport arrival times and meeting dates.

Too make life easier, travelers can also view all their other itineraries concurrently with their scheduled meetings in order to identify any identify conflicts. And if that’s not enough, the meeting travel itineraries are synced with the Mobile Personal Assistant and work calendar. It’s a single platform with all a traveler’s information, so there is no longer a need to toggle between sites to register for a meeting and book travel.
